Board Notes Lafayette Parish School Board Regular Meeting

Board Holds Abbreviated Meeting
The Lafayette Parish School Board held an abbreviated meeting to address necessary business prior to the Christmas holidays.
During this meeting, the Board:
• approved corrections on the minutes of the Regular Board Meeting of 12/7/05;
• ratified bills for October, 2005;
• received a status report of reimbursement of excess operational expenses for 2005-2006;
• received information on audio-visual equipment and supplies bid;
• received information construction fund budget revision #1 for Fiscal Year 2005-2006;
• received information on the General Fund Budget Revision #1, for Fiscal Year 2005-2006;
• received information on the capital improvement fund budget revision #1 for Fiscal Year 2005-2006;
• received information on a resolution authorizing the issuance up to $2,000,000 of certificates of indebtedness, Series 2006;
• approved personnel changes.
