LATAAP

 All new teachers are mandated by the Louisiana State Department of Education to participate in the Louisiana Teacher Assistance and Assessment Program (LaTAAP).  It is part of the licensure program for teachers throughout the state.  As part our Lafayette Parish team, teachers beginning their careers are provided with training in this program.  Continuous support throughout the process is provided from support teachers and school based mentors.
