KDE New Phone Numbers LPSS has change phone providers and as a result all school telephone numbers have changed. KDE's new number is 521-7650 for the main office and 521-7651 for faxes. The old numbers will continue to work for some time during a transition period. If there is a need to change the method in which your child leaves school at dismissal, please read and complete this Request for Change in Departure Procedure form. Unless we obtain a written request from you(parent/guardian), which must include all information stated on the Request for Change in Departure Procedure form, your child will not be permitted to change the way he/she normally gets home. |
