The Budget & Accounting Department's mission is to compile, generate, analyze and effectively monitor and report on all budgets of the school system; to assure anticipated revenues are recognized and expenditures are within the resources allocated; and to pay vendors timely and in a manner that maximizes savings by taking advantage of vendor discounts.
