The “B.U.M.S” in “Beach B.U.M.S” stands for bright, unique, marvelous students! In our classroom, we will be practicing the Fish! philosophy, which includes 4 key principles:
1. Play-This means that we will have fun in our day and enjoy the simple things that come our way!
2. Make Their Day-With this principle, we will be trying to do special things for each other so that we can bring smiles to faces!
3. Be There-This means that we will focus on listening to and caring for people in our class and all around us.
4. Choose Your Attitude-Lastly, with this principle; we will be learning how it is up to ourselves to choose to be happy, sad, or any other emotion. We will learn how we all feel various emotions, and it is okay to feel those ways!
