Welcome to the homepage of Woodvale Elementary School! We are located in Lafayette, Louisiana, "The heart of Cajun Country". Our school has received numerous local, state and national awards. Woodvale Elementary received the distinction of being named as a National School of Excellence by the United States Department of Education and the National Association of Elementary School Principals. As part of the new Louisiana accountability program, Woodvale has been named as one of only 15 schools to receive recognition as a School of Academic Distinction.
