Mission Statement
The mission at L. J. Alleman Middle School is to provide an education that allows every student the opportunity to grow and develop to his/her fullest potential while acquiring knowledge, attitudes, and skills that foster lifelong learning.
The L. J. Alleman Arts Academy prepares students for academic success enriched by the arts. School Colors Our school is represented by the colors of blue and white:
BLUE represents loyalty, perseverance, and truth, and
WHITE represents virtue, peace, and sincerity. School Mascot The mascot of LJA is the Trojan warrior. It represents the qualities of the ideal Trojan, which are to be "faithful, scholarly, skillful, courageous, and ambitious." Known as great warriors, the ancient Trojans displayed the qualities of endurance and determined energy.
School Theme (2009-2010) The L. J. Alleman school theme this year is "Art is the Heart of It All".
