Substitute In-Service/Training All substitute employees are required to participate in an initial training prior to starting employment as a substitute employee for the Lafayette Parish School System. This in-service is designed to provide you with valuable information about our local schools, information and updates on SmartFind Express, and common day-to-day practices currently being used within the parish.
