Science Club Head of Club: Susan Yerino Woodvale's Science Club is a 4th grade club dedicated to science enrichment. We pursue science interests including activities, building projects, and guest speakers. Past projects have included making & cooking in a Pizza Box Solar Cooker, building a catapult, making slime, solving a murder mystery, growing crystals, making ice cream in a baggie, and watching a model rocket demo. We help with the school's Spruce Up Day and work for our school's Symposium. We also take a field trip to Sci-Port in Shreveport, Louisiana.
