A realtor's fee of six percent (6%) for the first $500,000 of the amount of the sale, five percent (5%) for the second $500,000, and four percent (4%) over that amount established by the Lafayette Parish School Board.
The fee to be paid to the first registered realtor when the buyer has not made the initial contact with the administration or the Lafayette Parish School Board.
The realtor's fee is to be paid over and above the sale price.
