Insurance agents or salesmen may not visit a teacher in the classroom. Sales and solicitations shall not be allowed to interfere with normal school operations. All contacts must occur before regular school hours or after regular school hours. Visits to school must be arranged with the principal of the school in advance. Each principal may use his/her discretion to participate or not participate with the sales calls and/or demonstrations.
Violation of this policy should be reported to the Communications Department.
