Employee's Student Transfer Option

Employees of the Lafayette Parish School System have the option of transferring their children to the appropriate level school site closest to their base school or their child care provider. Employees must complete and submit the Employee's Student Transfer Form to initiate this transfer. The Lafayette Parish School System Employee's Student Transfer Option Form may be obtained via the internet or at the Child Welfare and Attendance Office.
