Employee's Student Transfer Option

Employees of the Lafayette Parish School System have the option of transferring their children to the appropriate level school site closest to their base school or their child care provider. Employees must complete and submit the Request for Out of Zone Assignment Form. The form may be obtained via the internet (link below) or at the Child Welfare and Attendance Office. The form must be completed prior to the beginning of each school session through the first six weeks of school. Please contact Roberta Silvetti at (337) 521-7090 for assistance.
