End of Year Information Progress Reports: Prgress reports for the 6th 6 weeks will be given out on Wednesday and Thursday, May 7th and 8th. Easter Holidays: The Easter holidays will be Friday, March 21 through Friday March 28, 2008. Scheduling: Students will be scheduling for next year's classes during the week of April 21-22. Please look for the scheduling card that week, and be ready to discuss class choices with your student. Family Fun Day: An invitation to incoming 9th graders is forthcoming. These students and their parents are invited to visit Comeaux High School and see firsthand what we have to offer, before school atarts again in the fall. Family Fun Day has been scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2008. Prom: Prom is scheduled for Saturday, April 19, 2008. Honors Night: Honors night will be on thursday, may 8 at 6:30 p.m., at the comeaux Recreational Center. Junior Ring Ceremony: This year our ring ceremony will be held on the evening of Tuesday, may 20, at 6:30 p.m. at the Comeaux Recreational Center. Final Exams: Final exams are tentatively scheduled for: 6th and 8th- Tuesday(B), May 20, 2008
2nd and 4th- Wednesday(A), May 21, 2008
5th and 7th- Thursday(B), May 22, 2008
1st and 3rd- Friday(A), May 23, 2008 Students will be dismissed at approximately 11:00 on Friday may 23rd. Monday, May 26, 2008, is a teacher work day. Students are not in attendance. We will have 6th 6 week report cards ready to be picked up from 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm on that day. If you are unable to pick up the report card, they will be mailed the next day. Summer school information has not been released at this time.
Senior Information Senior Exams: Senior Exams are scheduled for : 3rd and 4th- Wednesday(A), May 7, 2008 7th and 8th- Thursday (B), May 8, 2008 1st and 2nd- Friday (A), May 9, 2008 5th and 6th- Monday(B), May 12, 2008 Monday, May 12, 2008 will be the seniors last day of attendance, besides graduation practice, provided they have met the attendance requirements for their courses. Those seniors who have a record of good attendance, will be dismissed for that day 10:30 a.m. on Monday, May 12. Senior Barbeque: The senior barbeque is tentatively scheduled for Monday, May 12th, after exams. More details will follow. Graduation Practice: Graduation practice is tentatively scheduled for 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 15, 2008. Graduation will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2008.
