At J.W. James, we take teaching and the education of our students seriously.  Our curriculum is based on the Louisiana Comprehensive Curriculum and each grade level adheres to the Grade Level Expectations suggested by the Louisiana Department of Education.  Grade levels collaborate and meet weekly to discuss lesson planning and ideas, and we believe this collaboration and team effort is a big part of our success.  Great teachers plus great students are our formula for success and a reason why we're reaching our goal of:
