• PBS is a collaboration, assessment-based approach to developing effective interventions for problem behavior
• Emphasizes the use of proactive, educative, & reinforcement-based strategies to achieve meaningful & durable behavior outcomes.
• Aims to build effective environments in which positive behavior is more effective than problem behavior. 
• Golden eagle wings are given for classes who show exemplary behavior in various locations throughout school.  Auxiliary staff distribute golden eagle wings.
• Blue eagle wings are randomly given to students who are following PBS rules.  Woodvale Faculty & Staff distribute blue eagle wings to students.

Prizes are awarded weekly, monthly, and at the end of each 9-week period.
