NO
Gifts and gift certificates are prohibited expenditures from all school activity fund accounts regardless of how the funds were raised.
Can class fees be used to purchase a copier for the classroom?
No,
Class fees should be expended for instructional material and classroom supplies used during year. Not the purchase of equipment.
How long must fundraiser documentation(unsold raffle tickets, order forms etc.) be kept?
All information relating to the accountability of a fundraiser should be held for five years or until an audit has been conducted on the schools records.
