Welcome to the Vermilion Conference Center!

In addition to providing office space for a number of programs in the parish, the Vermilion Conference Center has four meeting rooms available for use by LPSS personnel.  Rooms are equipped with projection systems and Internet access.

Scheduling:

• Call 521-7210, email, or stop by to reserve a room.
• A reservation confirmation will be sent via email.  If you decide to cancel your event, notify us as soon as possible.
• When scheduling please provide the following information: sponsor, title, materials/equipment needed, time of event, number of participants, type of table/chair setup, and a contact name and number.  We use this information to only prepare the room and to make the signs to direct participants.

Day of Event:

• The equipment you request will be placed in the room you reserve, but you will be responsible for any setup that is required.  If you need assistance, please make arrangements in advance to get assistance from the technology department.
• Bring extra copies of your handouts to provide for additional participants. The number of copies we can make on our copy machine is very limited.
• All arrangements for food must be made by the workshop sponsor.
• At the conclusion of your event, please leave the room in the same condition as it was when you began (pick up extra handouts, throw away trash, remove leftover food, etc.).
• Please be aware that the temperature of the conference rooms cannot be easily adjusted from our site.  Participants should bring a light sweater or jacket with them.
