Important Note:

It is against state law for students to carry medication on their person on the school campus or the school bus without a written consent. (This includes any over-the-counter medication, asprin, cough drops, advil, etc.) If you need to take prescription medication during school hours, you should have a parent/guardian deliver the medication to the health center. The bottle(s) must be in the original container labeled by the pharmacist.

Note: A school medication release form must be completed by a physician before the health center administers medication.
