The Board recognized the Homeless Children and Youth Education Program for receiving the Outstanding Media Presentation award from the National Association for the Education of Homeless Children and Youth at its 17th national conference. The CD project, “Homelessness Must Surely End,” uses music to explain how it must feel to be homeless and dependent on others for housing, food, school needs and clothing.
