Welcome to Northside High School!

Welcome to the Northside High School website.  NHS offers a curriculum that is aligned to state standards and assessment. We have successfully applied for and received competitive grants and coordinated Title I funds to effect school improvement. Northside High School has established an Engineering Academy, Teacher Cadet Program, NJROTC Program, Digital Graphics / Web Mastering Class, and several clubs and organizations to keep students involved.

We offer an excellent curriculum delivered by an outstanding staff of experienced teachers. Over 50% of our teachers have a Masters Degree. Our teachers, counselors, librarians, assistant principals, and support staff provide excellent teaching, care, and opportunities so that all students can achieve at Northside High.

I welcome all parents and friends of Northside High aboard the Viking Ship of Excellence. Northside High is the best kept secret in Lafayette, but the secret will be out real soon.
