Computer Ordering Information

1. Call the Tech Center 521-7523 with any questions you may have.
2. Choose the Computer System Quote Option that best suits your needs from the table below. There are 8 different desktop options, and the differences between them are highlighted in red.
3. Click on the "Order Option" link for the system you need. Your browser will download an Excel spreadsheet which contains the vendor and item information already filled out.
4. Enter your accounting information in the upper-left corner of the form, print out the form, and run the
   form through the Lafayette Parish School System ordering system.
5. Once the PC’s are delivered to the school, you have backed up the files you want to move over, you
   have cleared a place for the machine, and you are ready for them to be set up, the contact person at your school should fill out the Installation Request Form and fax it to Anita Johnson at (512) 283-9443.   Anita will then dispatch a person to install the computers within 5 full working days of receiving the request.
