Employees in this category work in all divisions and all locations.  Positions range from Clerical Assistants and Customer Service Representatives to Teacher Assistants to Interpreters, Accountants and Secretaries.  Depending on the work location and duties, employees in this category work between 7 and 8 hours per day and 180 to 244 days per year.
