Tomorrow, we will host our Meet & Greet from 3:30 to 4:30.
Remember the clear bag policy (the supplies can be in a box - remember to label the box with your child’s name + homeroom teacher).
Below are answers to some of the questions asked.
Where do we park? All around the school - Please, leave the neighbors’ driveways unobstructed.
Where do we enter from? Myrtle Place Blvd - single gate entrance,
At what time should we arrive? Anytime between 3:30 and 4:20 (we will wrap up at 4:30).
How and where do we pay the fees? By check or cash in the library.
How much are the fees? Class fees are $25 and Tech fees are $10.The fees have to be paid separately. We collect one payment per child per fee.
How much are the meals at the cafeteria? They are free for all.
How do we pay tuition for Pre-K? Every month, you place the check in your child’s folder.
Where do I sign up for extended care? Online click here to sign up and pay in the library, on August 8th. Otherwise, you can send the check to the school.
Who do we give the proof of domicile? In the library by the table labeled “Proof of Domicile” or to your teacher within 30 days.
Who has orientation in the cafeteria at 3:30? UPDATED → Only Pre-K and new families in 1st grade and up.
Because Pre-K is part of the orientation on August 8th, we are canceling the one that was scheduled on Friday, August 11th.
How do I find my child’s classroom? The main building has 1st-4th grade classes. The doors are labeled with the teacher’s name. 5th grade is located in the “new” portable building behind the PE court.
We will have staff members available to help with locating your classroom if needed.
What if I cannot make it to Meet & Greet? On the first day of school, make sure the supplies are boxed and labeled with your child’s name/homeroom teacher. We will have a cart with staff members able to collect and make the process as smooth as possible during carpool.
