PBIS Procedures

• After 3 minor infractions within a month, the teacher/staff member completes a major referral form for repeated rule violation. The teacher MUST make a verbal contact to advise the parent that the next minor issue will be a major referral.
• Minor infraction tracking starts over at the beginning of every month.

Criteria for Incentives

• Students must have no more than one minor infraction and zero major infractions to participate in the monthly incentives.
• Students must have no more than two minor infractions and zero major infractions to participate in the 9 weeks incentives.
• Students must have zero minor or major infractions to participate in the mid/end of the year semester lottery (for those who have excelled in behavior).
