How are you Synergizing to stay safe?
Our Three School-wide Goals for Leader In Me
Attendance: We are striving to have 95% of our students at school each day for each month.
Behavior: We are striving to have 95% of our students referral free each month.
AR: We are striving to have all students reaching 85% accuracy on accelerated reading tests.
Tracking Progress Towards Our Goals:
Each student keeps his/her own Data Binder in which he/she is tracking their attendance, daily conduct, and AR tests and points. Teaching students how to track their own data teaches them responsibility.
Each class keeps a Data Board in which they track their class’s attendance, behavior, and AR goals. Each week they update their boards. Classes can determine if they are doing their part to help our school reach our school-wide goals.

Our students at Ossun are learning to be responsible leaders by fulfilling classroom and school-wide jobs. Students choose jobs of interest and apply for the jobs of their choice.
