Unit 1: Understanding Multi-Digit Whole Numbers

Comparing Numbers: This website provides students with examples of comparing numbers.

Ordering Numbers: Students will play a game to practice ordering numbers, which will help students become faster at ordering numbers

Place Value: Students will play a game to practice recognizing numbers with base ten blocks. 

Convert Between Place Values: Students will play a game to practice recognizing place value of numbers. 

Number Crack Game: Help Mr. Cracker obtain the secret code before the insidious Prof. Soup catches him by guessing what number comes next in a series of numbers.

Complete the Pattern: Using this virtual manipulative, students will describe a color pattern, extend the pattern, fix a mistake, and generate a new pattern.

What Comes Next?: Students will extend patterns while playing these interactive game. 


Unit 2: Performing Multi-Digit Whole Number Addition and Multiplication

Read A Table: Students will use the data in tables to answer questions. 

Data, Charts, and Graphs: Read A Table: Students will answer questions using data in tables provided to them.

Leon Math Stories: Provides addition and multiplication word problems.

Escape From Planet X: Students will choose the expression that matches the word problems.  (Challenging)

Write Variable Expressions: Students will choose the expression that matches the word problem provided. 

Write Variable Equations to Represent Word Problems: (Practice Problems)

Addition Equation:  Students will solve addition equations problems.(Challenging)


Unit 3: Performing Multi-Digit Whole Number Subtraction and Division

Word Problems Using Variable Expressions: Students will choose the expression that matches the word problem provided. 

Rectangular Division: This models division strategies for students and allows them to practice division problems.

Division Machine:  Students are able to practice division problems on three different levels.

Step By Step Exercise: Explains to students how to multiply 2-digit numbers without regrouping.

Word Problems: Students will be able to select variable equations to represent word problems.

Snork's Long Division Game: A step by step long division game that allows students to practice their long division skills in a supportive and fun environment. Your students teach a lovable monster named Snork how to do long division. As students complete each step of the long division math problems, Snork is visibly amazed by the intelligence of the students.

Math Playground:  Provides games for multiplication and division.

Place Value Playoff: Match each number written in standard form with its correct corresponding number written in expanded form.

Thinking Blocks: Provides students with multiplication and division word problems.


Unit 4: Solving Algebra and Pattern Problems

Pan Balance: Use this tool to strengthen understanding and computation of numerical expressions and equality.

Animal Legs: Students will use repeated addition and multiplication to solve problems.

Remainders: Students will determine remainders in division problems.

Interpreting Remainders: Provides additional resources to practice dividing with remainders.


Unit 5: Measurement

Which Tool?: This site allows students to identify the appropriate tools to use when measuring objects.

Angles: This site allows students to determine angles in an interactive game.

Measuring Tools: Students determine the appropriate tool to use in measuring objects.

Rags to Riches: This website provides a game which focuses on the metric system.
