LPSS Hot Spots

Lafayette Parish School System is offering wireless hotspot devices to students who do not have Internet access at home. This plan will enable students to check out a device that provides Internet service to the student’s school issued technology device (Chromebook or iPad). 

Process for receiving a hotspot

1. Fill out an application. Linked below. A parent/guardian and the student must sign the application.
    
2. Return the application to the AHS library.
    
3. Once the hot spot has been configured, a librarian will call to notify the parent/guardian that it is available. A check out form will be sent out with the student. A parent/guardian must sign. The student will be given the hotspot to bring home once the signed check out form is returned.

Hotspots are due at the end of the school year.
