Records

The Counseling Office is able to provide copies of the following documents:

• Official Final Transcript
• Birth Certificate (if on file)
• Social Security Card (if on file)

Due to the large amount of requests, any records request will require a $5 fee per item.  

All requests will need to be made 48 hours in advance.
