Technology Assistance
The LPSS Technology Department is committed to providing the neccessary infrastructure, equipment, resources, and support that enriches instructional practices, enhances learning, and improves productivity.
Instructional Tech
Our Instructional Tech team provides support for technical equipment and programs used by students and employees throughout the district. Need help or guidance? Browse the menu on the left for policy information, help guides, and videos on LPSS technology equipment.
Support and Repair
Our Support and Repair Technicians perform support, maintenance, and repair of LPSS owned computer systems. Computer/Network technicians are assigned school and/or department locations and service their assignments according to the level of priority and order of submitted KACE requests.
Network
Our network team set up, install, support, repair, and maintain the district's network infrastructure. They also ensure that all LPSS devices, network connectivity, and filtering are in compliance with laws that allow us to provide digital access to patrons.
