Lionettes Dance Team

The LHS Lionettes Dance Team is a spirit squad which performs for football games, basketball games, pep rallies, and some community events.  The Lionettes are the current back to back LHSAA Game Day State Champs, Louisiana Game Day Regional Champs and ranked 5th in the nation.  This nationally ranked team competes each year in Orlando, Florida at a National Dance Team Championship.  The team currently consists of 16 dancers who strive to promote school spirit and teamwork.  The organization is intended to support Lafayette High School, represent the school at  competitions, build self-esteem and confidence, and act as a role model for the school.  The Lionettes are fired-up and ready to cheer the Mighty Lions on to victory this year!
