Prom guest forms are now available. They can be found in the 100 hallway on the bookcase across from the Main Office. Forms are bright pink. ANY guest who is not a Junior or Senior at Lafayette High School MUST complete a guest form. This includes Sophomores at LHS and ANY student from any other school. NO 9th graders can attend Prom. Forms must be completed and turned into Ms. Jessica in the Counselors Office by May 2, 2024. If you have any questions please email Ms. Jessica or stop by the Counselors Office and speak to Ms. Jessica.
