Boys and girls in grades 7 and 8 may try out for school athletics.
The athletic programs for BOYS include football, basketball, track, and soccer.
The athletic programs for GIRLS include volleyball, basketball, track, and soccer.
- All students who try out for any sport will be required to get a physical exam from a doctor. One physical covers a student for all athletic participation for one school year. The athletic coach in charge of each sport will provide the student with all necessary information as that sport season arrives.
- Participating students are required to have school insurance or a statement from their parent/guardian concerning student coverage under a family insurance policy.
- Student athletes are expected to maintain a minimum grade point average of 2.0 or higher. In addition, a student will not be eligible to play if he/she earns two F's in one marking period.
