General Information:
- There are 2 teams - men and women.
- Each team is broken into 11 weight classes.
- Men - up to 114.5 lbs, 123.5 lbs, 132.3 lbs, 148.8 lbs, 165.3 lbs, 181.8 lbs, 198.3 lbs, 220.3 lbs, 275.5 lbs, and over 275.5 lbs.
- Women - up to 97.0 lbs, 105.8 lbs, 114.5 lbs, 123.5 lbs, 132.3 lbs, 148.8 lbs, 165.3 lbs, 181.8 lbs, 198.3 lbs, 220.3 lbs, and over 220.3 lbs.
- Lifters can compete in higher weight classes but cannot compete in lower weight classes.
- Each team can only have 11 lifters with no more than 2 lifters from the same weight class. If we have more qualifying lifters than allowed, competitors will be determined based on performance at practices.
- Each lifter will compete by completing three lifts - squat, bench press, and deadlift.
- Lifters that have the highest weight total combined over the three lifts will be declared winners.
