Free Dress Guidelines

Students must adhere to the following guidelines for a Free Dress Day:

• NO pajama pants, warm-ups, sweat pants, holes in jeans, spandex, biking pants/shorts, or leggings;

• NO sagging

• NO writing or graphics across the seat of pants/shorts

• NO hats, sunglasses, headdresses are allowed

• Jeans-any tears, rips, cuts must not expose skin underneath

• Shorts-must extend past students fingertips when standing in full upright position

• Leggings/Jeggings can be worn if shirt falls at or below mid-thigh

• Shirts must cover the shoulder, midriff and all undergarments. No see-through or low cut attire allowed

• Skirts/dresses must extend to the knees or below. 

• Socks and belts are optional. 

• Footwear must cover the entire foot. No sandals, open back or open toe shoes.

• Print/Message/Images on clothing must be school appropriate

THE ADMINISTRATION HAS FINAL APPROVAL REGARDING APPROPRIATENESS OF DRESS.

IF YOU THINK IT MIGHT BE INAPPROPRIATE, DO NOT WEAR IT!
