Lafayette High School Cross Country is built on endurance, teamwork, determination, and personal growth. Cross country challenges athletes to compete over varied courses while developing strength, speed, pacing, and mental toughness.
More than just a distance-running sport, cross country teaches athletes to push through challenges, support their teammates, and strive for continuous improvement.
