PROM INFORMATION

When:  May 4, 2024
Where:  UL Lafayette Atchafalaya Ballroom
Doors Open:  7:30pm
Dance Begins:  8:00pm
Doors Locked:  9:00pm (No one can enter after 9pm. NO EXCEPTIONS
Prom Court: 9:00pm
Prom Ends:  11:00pm (Doors will open at 10:30pm)

PROM DRESS CODE AND RULES

PROM TICKETS:  Prom tickets will be available for pick up on April 23rd & 25 in the lobby during 1st & 2nd lunch ONLY.
10th grade LHS students and Non-LHS students must have a guest form.  The forms are across the hall from the main office and need to be completed by May 2nd.  The forms are on hot pink paper. 
No Refunds and No Exceptions if you fail to get the form approved.
Guest Tickets are $20.
Freshmen are not invited to attend prom.
Any LHS Junior or Senior who have paid their Junior fees receive a free prom ticket!  Seniors, you must have paid your Junior fees.  All fees owed to LHS must be paid prior to getting your ticket.

Attention LHS Juniors and Seniors: 

Don’t forget that all Prom guests who are not Juniors or Seniors at Lafayette High School must have a Prom guest form filled out and turned in by May 2, 2024. This includes ANY student who attends another school, LHS sophomores, and guests who have graduated and/or are not in school any longer. Guest can not be above the age of 20.  You can find the form in the 100 building hallway across from the main office in the bookcase. It is bright pink.

Forms must be turned in NO LATER than 5/2/2024 to Ms. Jessica WIlks in the Counseling Office.  If you have any questions please email Ms. Jessica Wilks at jawilks@lpssonline.com or stop by the Counselor's Office and see her.
