Emerging Schools Bookfair

The Lafayette Parish Emerging schools will be hosting a bookfair this weekend, December 2nd and 3rd at Barnes and Noble bookstore on 5705 Johnston St. in Lafayette. This book fair will benefit the libraries of Alice Boucher, Carencro Heights and J. W. Faulk elementary schools.  A portion of every purchase you make will be donated to these emerging schools’ library programs. We all know the more you read, the better you read, and the better you read, the better your chances are for success.   So come by Barnes and Noble this weekend, buy a book, and give a kid a fighting chance!
