Registration for 4-year old pre-k children is ongoing at Vermilion Conference Center (Room 401), 326 Gauthier Road (off of Pinhook), Lafayette, LA.

TIME:  8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

REQUIREMENTS: 4 years old on or before September 30, 2015

MUST HAVE: Child’s birth certificate, up-to-date immunization records, social security card, and proof of residence (electric, water or gas bill in parent’s name) AND parents’ proof of income
