The Lafayette Parish School System announced that the entire district will be closed on Tuesday, March 22, 2022, due to the potential for severe weather and flooding in the area. This includes the closure of LPSS district offices and facilities. With the potential of severe storms, and with student and staff safety being our top priority, we feel this is the best decision in this uncertain situation.
We will resume normal operations on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. Please continue to remain safe during this time, and we thank everyone for their cooperation.
