2016 UL Lafayette/LPSS Advanced Placement Summer Institute

We are pleased to announce the 2016 Advanced Placement Summer Institute for teachers, made possible through a partnership between the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and the Lafayette Parish School System. New and experienced teachers of Advanced Placement courses as well as middle and high school teachers of Pre-AP classes are invited to attend.

Location and Cost

This event will be held on the campus of University of Louisiana at Lafayette. The cost is $550, Early Bird Registration $500 if the payment is received before May 30, 2016. The institute will end at 3:30 on Thursday. Participants will be provided lunch and refreshments throughout the day.

Parking will be available for participants at the Olivier Parking Tower on McKinley street.

A block of rooms has been reserved for this event at Hilton Garden Inn-Lafayette/Cajundome, 2350 W Congress St, Lafayette, LA 70506 at a discounted rate. Rooms are standard king or standard two queen beds.

Rate: $89.00/ Night

Breakfast is not included in this rate but the Garden Grill restaurant in the hotel will be open daily for breakfast and dinner.
