Beyond his role in school leadership, Mr. Mouton expanded his impact as the Director of Employee Services for the Lafayette Parish School System. Mouton is eager to continue his work supporting Lafayette Parish School System students by working with school principals in this new capacity.  "Mr. Mouton brings 4 years of experience as an Employee Services Director and 9 years as a Middle School Principal.” states Superintendent Francis Touchet Jr. “He will guide our middle school principals with a focus on four core values: safety, culture, opportunities, and growth."
