The Lafayette Parish School Board approved pay increases for bus drivers and bus attendants at its May 2026 meeting, making LPSS positions even more competitive in the region. Full-time employees receive benefits, and applicants who need a CDL can take advantage of LPSS’s free CDL training classes.
