Online Auction

All property owned by the LPSS (consisting of all property at schools, including donated property) deemed as surplus assets must be sent to the warehouse for re-circulation within the system or disposal by public auction. Auctions will be held once a year or as needed. A notice will be sent to each school/department at least 90 days prior to the auction.

This will allow any school that would be interested in aquiring re-circuleted surplus assets to get these items to their location before the auction. Schooldude Warehouse workorders and required fixed asset transfer forms(from warehouse to school) must be done for delivery of these items.

The LPSS warehouse supplies schools and departments with many supplies used in the day to day operation of the school system. Below is a list of some of the items which are handled by the warehouse:
